We are currently hiring for the following opportunities:We are looking for a Restoration Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Restoration, Mitigation & Construction - Water, Wind, Fire, Smoke, Odour...
- Removals of damaged building materials, such as carpet and drywall
- Moving and shifting content, such as furniture, within damaged properties
- General and final cleaning tasks, following property damages losses such as sewer backup and fires
- Setting up equipment, including dehumidifiers, large fans, additional drying and deodorizing equipment
- Take moisture readings
- Leading the team
- Ensuring that all policies, as well as health and safety procedures, are followed by all staff and subcontractors on site
- Communicating daily status of jobs with management
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Work well independently as well as part of the team
- Must be available for on-call emergency service on a rotational schedule
- Valid Driver License (G)
- Criminal Record Check
- Experience in the industry is an asset however we are willing to train

We are looking for a Restoration Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for determining the scope of work for the project, working in conjunction with the Homeowner, Property Manager, Adjuster, or Insurance Company. The Project Manager ensures the work is completed on time and to the highest quality, focusing on the scope and estimate of work to bring the property back to pre-loss state.
Responsibilities
- Initiate initial customer contact, assess damages, educate client on process, timing and expectations of emergency and repair phase
- Establish scope of work for the project.
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, using Xactimate.
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Taking pictures (before, moisture readings, during and after), Enter moisture readings
- Assist remediation technicians with extraction, demo, cleanup, equipment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Ontario G driver's license required
Qualification and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in Restoration industry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using Xactimate is required, successfully preparing residential and commercial estimates for a variety of insurer profiles.
- IICRC Certifications, minimum Water Damage Restoration (WRT)
- Experience using MS Outlook, Word & Excel required.

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
