I highly recommend Rainbow International! They did an excellent job, and were able to fit us in right after I called and their rates were by far the best I found. They take great pride in their work and that was apparent on the job they did. Our carpets look absolutely amazing!! They were also able to remove ink and glue stains on an ottoman making it look brand new. Best part was the technician's personality - friendly, personable, listened to and addressed all of my concerns. I have tried other places in the area and this place is by FAR the best. I will definitely be using their services again.

I just want to thank Mr. Al Watson, General Manager and his crew for all there hard work they are doing at this present time to get my parents house back in good condition after our house fire we had. I met Mr. Watson and he was very professional and made me feel that we were in good hands with his company.

I had Rainbow out to my house earlier today. Very Professional and Courteous to my wife and kids while they were there!

I had a plumbing incident at 12:30 a.m. I called a 24 hr plumber but they were no help. Got the water turned off, called my insurance and they directed me to Rainbow. Received a call back from them within 15 of hanging up with the call center. Despite being 2:15 a.m. Rick took my call, answered my questions and promised a crew within the hour. He called again to give me a status update. The team arrived as promised and immediately got to work drying the water, assessing the damage and working with my insurance. Jeff was amazing as were the rest of the crew. The team worked thru the day and continued to keep me informed every step of the way. One week after the flood, they were still there helping. I hope to never need their services again, but if I ever have an emergency, they will be the company I call.

We recently had major water damage due to a washing machine overflow. Rainbow came out to the house on a Sunday night over a three day weekend and proceeded to take the action necessary to prevent further damage working late into the night. They also completed the entire dry out which took several days and a lot of hard work. Always arrived on time and did what they promised and kept me informed of each step. It was a pleasure to deal with the entire team. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any restoration works.

Rainbow International was highly responsive when we had a pipe burst in the single digit temperatures. The team was very thorough and the local owner was onsite for the entire project. Recommended.

We had a leak & Rainbow responded immediately! The owner came & measured moisture levels, set up a fan to dry the wall. Great service, knowledgable response. Highly recommend them.
